Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in product management or closely related software product role.
• Experience with healthcare, medical device, digital surgery, or regulated software products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, translating inputs into well-defined product needs.
• Lead the backlog and requirements with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features on schedule.
• Coordinate across workstreams to fit into the broader Polyphonic experience and support go-to-market collateral.
