Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Digital Product Manager for the Polyphonic Surgery team. This remote role with 25–40% travel partners with hospitals and clinicians to deliver connected peri-operative software experiences.

You will translate client needs into product requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with engineering and design in an agile environment to ship features that improve OR efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in CS, Engineering, Biomed, Business or Health Informatics.
5+ years in product management or related software roles; regulated healthcare or medical devices experience preferred.
Familiarity with clinical data sources and AI/ML-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define the product strategy and roadmap to meet business goals.
Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into product needs and validate before development.
Lead backlog and requirements with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features.
Coordinate across platform, data, and partner integrations within the Polyphonic ecosystem.
Support release management and cross-functional launch activities.
Equip commercial and customer success with materials and demos for adoption.
Track adoption and performance metrics to guide iteration.
Ensure solutions emphasize quality, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance.
