The role requires 5+ years in product management within healthcare or regulated software, familiarity with AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in CS, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in product management or related software product role in healthcare or regulated software.
• Experience with agile development and backlog management; knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, aligning trade-offs with business goals.
• Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into well-defined product needs.
• Lead the backlog and requirements with clear user stories and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features on schedule.
• Coordinate across workstreams to fit into the broader Polyphonic experience.
• Support release management, including readiness and cross-functional launches.
• Assist commercial and customer success with materials and product knowledge for adoption.
• Track adoption and product performance to inform iteration.
