Raytheon Radio Frequency Components (RFC) semiconductor wafer foundry is responsible for manufacturing the Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) MMIC chips that power world class defense systems made by Raytheon. RFC has an opportunity for a Product Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of chipsets for internal customer programs.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance. This will include creating production schedules, managing delivery commitments, contributing to Estimate at Completion budget packages, analyzing variance drivers, and communicating with customer organizations. This role also coordinates closely with the engineering team to monitor product yield, identify risk trends, pursue improvement opportunities, and to analyze the impact on product cost and delivery schedule.
The Product Manager is the primary contact point between the RFC wafer foundry and the internal customer program offices. This includes regular engagements to manage cost, schedule, and quality expectations. In addition to managing existing programs, this Product Manager will also collaborate on estimates and proposals for future work.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
