As leader you will create strong partnerships acrossthe business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategiesin line with our Growth agenda. You will beresponsible for Leading, coaching and developing our Plant multi-functional teamsto identify best practices andimprovements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile andsynchronized Supply chain.
How you will contribute
· Works cross functionally to develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan,proactively identify key opportunities and link strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient manufacturing capability that is a demonstrable competitive advantage to Mondelēz. Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish astrong governance to review & control operational performance and continuous Improvement plan and embed a zero-loss mindset across the site to deliver against best in class both internally and externally.
· Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
· Support the design and deployment of the SAP plant quality, plant maintenance and external manufacturing within SAP S4 HANA. Partner in the design and deployment of new production planning and detailed scheduling strategies at the plants. Support the design and deployment of new capabilities within the business to improve performance at the external manufacturing sites.
· Rolemodel Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and development of the multi-functional team.
· Accountable to protect the value of the assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend. Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are in place, understood by all employees at the site, and regularly reviewed and monitored forcompliance to policy.
· Lead and be Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant - identify and implement critical leversto attract, retain & develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build asustainable workforce profile for the future.
· Interface with Key stakeholders internally &externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals andbuild the company equity and image.
What you will bring

· Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment withexceptional results (FMCG experience) with a career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or ManufacturingManager level. Demonstrable and intuitive knowledge on fundamentals of good manufacturing practice, processimprovement and optimization,Reconfiguration and imbedding of new or enhanced technology,Managing Costs andVariance, Motivatorsand engagement levers for shop floor-based performance,experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts.
· E xcellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building with a strong financial & business acumen,project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
· Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions and a high level of capabilityaround managing relationships and outcomes with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service,Category and Sales.
Required Experience:
· High level of expertise of regional MSC and specifically MTI, logistics, costing and STP Business aspects
· 1 0+ years of experience required.
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· In depth knowledge of MDLZ backbone business processes specifically related to transformation areas e.g. Finance, IBP/Planning, STP, OTC, Manufacturing.
· Leading Transformation / change including risk/BCP planning preferred.
· Technical/Systems/Tools awareness preferred (e.g. Business experience of SAP, Planning tools)
Travel:
· 30% travel.
The base salary range for this position is $ 141,000 - $246,750 for U.S. only ; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
