Job summary

Elastic in Mountain View seeks a Product Manager for its Observability team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities to deliver an end-to-end observability experience across applications and infrastructure.

You will collaborate across engineering, UX, design, sales, and marketing to shape features—from AI-enabled workflows to automated SLO/SLI tracking and intelligent alerting—driving adoption and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Experience working in remote, globally distributed work environment is optional but desired.

Responsibilities

• Evolving our logs analytics capabilities, aligning at every step with organizational and company strategy.
• Advancing and influencing the end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Building features for the modern SRE, including GenAI and Agentic workflows, automated SLO/SLI tracking, and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top-notch application monitoring experiences.
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.
