You will prioritize customer needs, define goals, align with engineering and business stakeholders, and monitor performance through data-driven analysis and market insights. The role emphasizes ownership and collaboration to deliver market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of specific Casino product initiatives.
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors.
• Assess opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing and operations to deliver launches.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track and report on product performance with incidents considered.
• Be the Canadian Champion and address Canadian customer needs.
