Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality.
• Strong ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables.
• Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority.
• Strong quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of specific product initiatives.
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors.
• Assess opportunities and prioritize new initiatives and products.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing, and operations to deliver launches.
• Identify and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track and report product performance and incidents.
