Job summary

FanDuel is hiring a Product Manager to shape the search and AI-assisted bet-building experience at the heart of our sportsbook. You will work across pods in the Emerging Experiences area, translating strategy into executable quarterly outcomes and delivering impact in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years' experience as a product manager; 4-5 years typical for strong candidates.
• Experience building search, discovery, or AI-powered features in consumer-facing apps.
• Operate independently on initiative execution across multiple streams.
• Strong experimentation fundamentals and data-driven decisions.
• Familiar with AI-native product development and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pods—small, focused teams—focused on a specific search or AI discovery problem.
• Set direction for each pod: define problems, priorities, and calls to keep teams moving.
• Write clear specs with engineers and designers, removing blockers.
• Advance the core search experience: query understanding, ranking, results presentation, and filtering.
• Drive the AceAI product forward with well-defined, shippable features.
• Identify user problems through research, data analysis, and competitive review.
• Define success criteria and track outcomes post-launch; use experimentation to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, analytics, data, and operations for smooth releases.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and learnings to stakeholders.
