Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful and innovative products.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while balancing scope, resources, time and quality.

Responsibilities

• Inform, shape, and drive execution of specific Casino product initiatives.
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors.
• Assess product opportunities and contribute to ideation and prioritization for new initiatives and products.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product owners, marketing and operations to deliver successful product launches.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement post-launch optimizations and improvements.
• Track and report product performance and related incidents.
• Be the 'Canadian Champion' — ensure Canadian customer preferences are considered and met.
