Job summary

FanDuel is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of Account Management and Profile experiences across our Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, DFS, and new product areas. You will own the end-to-end account management journey, focusing on personal details, profile customization, and self-service controls within a regulated environment.

You'll partner with Engineering, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Legal to ship customer-first experiences that are scalable and compliant.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with account management, identity, profile/personalization, or customer data products.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience managing other product managers or analysts.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for Account Management and Profile.
• Own end-to-end account management journey across FanDuel's portfolio.
• Collaborate across teams to enable cross-product experiences across FanDuel products.
• Drive HEART scores and other metrics to measure success and prioritize work.
• Evolve self-service capabilities with Compliance, Risk and Legal to meet regulatory needs.
