Job summary

Rundoo is hiring a Product Manager to own a new vertical end-to-end, from market sizing to pilot launches. You will spend significant time in stores talking to operators to inform product roadmaps and GTM plans.

This is a hands-on role in the SF Bay Area, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the CTO. You will define the ICP for new industries, map GTM, and drive roadmap features to win pilots, with a focus on traditional hardware and building materials verticals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting, banking, or equivalent role developing communication and prioritization skills.
• Based in SF Bay Area and comfortable working from our office 4 days per week.
• Excited to engage with customers in stores to learn what matters.
• Excellent ability to translate field research into clear roadmaps.
• Comfort with rejection as many prospects will say no.
• Curiosity about overlooked, traditional industries.

Responsibilities

• Own a new vertical end-to-end: define market, drive features, and launch GTM.
• Talk to operators in person: spend time in stores to understand what matters to them.
• Build the roadmap: translate field research into a concrete, sequenced feature plan with engineering.
• Land the first pilots: find and close 5+ pilot clients in your industry to prove the market.
• Define the GTM strategy: identify the channels, partners, and events that matter.
