hilberts is seeking a senior product leader to drive a zero-to-one data-driven growth platform for B2C customers. You will own end-to-end roadmaps, engage customers during discovery and onboarding, and align priorities with business goals across time zones.

The role blends field-focused work with deep collaboration in software, ML, and data engineering teams, requiring strong communication and a track record of shipping measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a zero-to-one product track record.
• Strong technical foundation with SQL, data pipelines, and modern warehouses.
• Clear, compelling communication translating strategy into execution.
• Customer empathy plus commercial instinct for what customers will pay.
• Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end from concept to shipped releases.
• Engage with customers through discovery, onboarding and growth reviews.
• Prioritize requests across many accounts with explicit trade-offs.
• Define success metrics tied to customer KPIs and OKRs.
• Collaborate daily with software, ML and data engineers.
