Job summary

Joie Children's Products, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to drive juvenile product plans based on consumer insights, market and competitive analysis. You will liaise with PD and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and translate consumer learnings into feature direction for growth.

You will lead market analysis, collaborate on pricing strategies, and support launches and trade shows while managing products through their lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of product or business management experience.
• Experience in consumer goods, durables, or juvenile products.
• Strong ability to gather customer and consumer insights to inform decisions.
• Experience coordinating production planning and cross-team alignment.
• Proven track record managing products through lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice for Product Development and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Represent customer insights to inform feature changes and product direction.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
• Define project vision, strategy and roadmap for growth.
• Collaborate on cost and price points to maintain margins.
• Support product launches, presentations, and events.
• Oversee product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely shipping.
