Job summary

Joie, a global baby gear brand, is seeking an Amazon Business Manager in Solana Beach, CA to own merchandising strategy and digital shelf performance across our brands. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external agencies to drive revenue growth, improve conversion, and ensure a best-in-class shopping experience on Amazon.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership to optimize product visibility,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Amazon merchandising, eCommerce, or online retail experience.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across a portfolio of brands.
• Oversee optimization of product detail pages, brand stores, and enhanced content experiences to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Own analysis of key performance indicators including traffic, conversion, content effectiveness, and sales trends.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and agency partners to support launches and promotions.
