You will own Amazon initiatives, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Product Development, and external partners. The role emphasizes data‑driven optimization, revenue growth, and lifecycle management from product launches to promotions, with a focus on best‑in‑class shopping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, E-Commerce, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in Amazon merchandising, eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth and business performance.
• Experience managing multiple brands, product categories, or consumer product portfolios.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading initiatives across complex business environments.
• Experience managing agency relationships and external partners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead Amazon merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Oversee digital shelf performance, product detail pages, brand stores, and content experiences.
• Lead content priorities with Marketing, Creative, and agency teams for imagery, video, and Brand Store experiences.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and performance metrics to translate insights into action.
• Lead product launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration for new introductions.
• Drive promotions and assortment optimization to maximize revenue.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
