COTA's Product Manager in Columbus, OH leads product strategy and lifecycle management, aligning roadmaps with business goals and customer needs. You will drive prioritization, define requirements, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable value.

You will own the roadmap, partner with teams across the organization, and contribute to the company’s mission of Moving Every Life Forward, while maintaining focus on safety, accountability and service.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, technological or business-related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• Five (5) years relevant work experience in product management, project management, or strategy roles.
• Strong working knowledge of product and/or systems lifecycle management.

Mansioni

• Own product lifecycle management from idea to sunset; develop roadmaps and business cases.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and align requirements with company strategy.
• Document clear product requirements with flows, use cases and prototypes.
