Columbus McKinnon, a global designer and manufacturer of intelligent motion solutions, seeks a Product Manager for Linear Motion to own the product portfolio and lifecycle strategy. You will define the unique value proposition, understand market drivers, and align with channel partners to meet customer needs and willingness to pay.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to develop a 3–5 year roadmap, drive new product development, and manage pricing strategies

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant product marketing and product management experience, including Voice of the Customer and Portfolio Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to own products and drive initiatives through to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market opportunities to drive profitable growth; develop and implement strategic product initiatives and maintain a forward-looking 3 to 5-year product roadmap.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate requirements for new products and enhancements; partner with Sales to develop revenue forecasts and drive new product development activities.
• Launch new products with marketing communications, advertising, promotions, and training.
• Establish pricing relationships between products and lines based on market value and positioning.
• Continually update the product portfolio to support overall brand strategy.
