Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a product marketing professional who can bring new technology solutions to market and turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling customer value.

In this role, you’ll guide product launches from initial planning through execution and post-launch evaluation. You’ll work across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate priorities, develop market-facing narratives, equip revenue teams, and ensure new offerings reach customers with the right message at the right time.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who combines strong writing and positioning skills with hands‑on project management and a genuine curiosity about customers, competitors, and technology markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product launch initiatives from early planning and stakeholder alignment through market introduction and post-launch measurement.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities involving product, engineering, sales, marketing, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Create clear positioning and messaging for IoT, camera‑enabled, and connected technology solutions.
  • Adapt product value propositions for customer segments such as automotive dealerships, multifamily housing, and commercial real estate.
  • Develop sales enablement resources including presentations, product briefs, one‑pagers, competitive guides, and battle cards.
  • Research competitors across IoT, physical security, remote video monitoring, and related technology markets.
  • Monitor competitive product releases, feature developments, pricing moves, and changes in market positioning.
  • Turn market and competitive research into practical recommendations for sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Capture feedback from customers and revenue teams to identify buying motivations, objections, unmet needs, and product‑market opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into recommendations that can inform messaging, launch strategy, and product roadmap discussions.
  • Promote consistent product messaging across internal teams and external customer communications.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, go‑to‑market strategy, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing product launches through planning and execution.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical functionality into understandable customer benefits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, sales, marketing, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to independently maintain timelines, deliverables, and launch momentum.
  • Strong verbal communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving environment where priorities may change in response to customers, launches, or business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5–10% for customer meetings, industry events, and team gatherings.
  • Availability for standard full‑time business hours, with flexibility during significant launches and product releases.
