Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is hiring a Sr Principal Product Security Architect to lead security architecture for next-gen software, OT, and cloud solutions in a multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) environment. The role is hybrid, based in Midtown Atlanta, with strategic influence across engineering and executive leadership.

The successful candidate will mentor a global security team, shape the security vision for all products, and drive DevSecOps, risk assessments, and incident response at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM required.
• 10+ years in engineering contexts with 5+ years security engineering/architecture.
• Extensive cloud experience across AWS/GCP/AZURE (spanning security)
• Strong backend/frontend development skills in Java, Python, C, C++, JS/TS, Node, React, Golang.
• Deep OT security knowledge and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with AppSec, OT security, and cloud security to analyze complex systems.
• Expert-level zero-trust security applications and threat modeling.
• Experience with IaC, container/Kubernetes security, DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical security guidance across product development and sales.
• Lead security risk assessments of internal and third-party products/systems.
• Mentor and develop globally distributed security engineers and champions.
• Respond to security incidents and engage with customers and leadership as needed.
