Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities (discovery, ideation, development, requirements, value management).
• Experience leading product teams in invoicing and procurement with process-improvement outcomes.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and agentic approaches in financial ops.
• Proficiency with third-party invoicing tools (Ariba, Concur) and custom platforms (Supplier Central).
• Excellent stakeholder management across operations and support.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions and inform the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned with the strategy and value proposition.
• Builds metrics for cost, features, risk, and reliability to guide decisions.
• Leads the product team responsible for invoicing and procurement improvements.
• Drives automation initiatives to optimize invoicing/procurement workflows using tools like Ariba and Concur.
• Collaborates with GSS operations to identify pain points and deliver scalable enhancements.
• Integrates third-party tools into the product ecosystem for seamless operations.
• Acts as liaison between product, operations, and support to align objectives.
