Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to own a portfolio of secure interoperability and integration capabilities for Defence, Government and National Security customers. This is a remote role with frequent travel to the Midlands and South of England, working across customers, architecture, engineering and delivery teams.

You will shape product strategy, translate requirements into deliverable outcomes, manage backlogs, and drive end-to-end releases

Qualifications

• Experience managing security-critical products in Defence or national security.
• Understanding of interoperability and systems integration.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across architects, engineering and delivery teams.
