Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Manager for Internal Reporting to own strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of centralized reporting with self-service analytics and AI-enabled insights.

You will collaborate with data, AI/ML, engineering, and business teams to transform datasets into intuitive reporting and analytics experiences. In this role, you will define metrics, governance, semantic models, and dashboards to drive measurable business value while ensuring risk controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, CS, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product management, data analytics, reporting, and/or data platforms with analytical thinking.
• Domain experience in payments, merchant acquiring, risk, financial services, or technology-enabled services.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize opportunities and guide products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Experience building or scaling enterprise reporting and analytics products with curated and self-service capabilities.
• Mastery of advanced SQL and proficiency in Python to validate complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the Internal Reporting channel.
• Partner with leadership to identify customer friction points and translate into product opportunities with measurable criteria.
• Establish governance for the reporting content lifecycle across curated and self-service experiences.
• Centralize internal access to merchant reporting with strong identity, entitlements, and privacy controls.
• Curate and maintain a library of certified reports, dashboards, metrics, and reusable assets.
• Enable scalable self-service analytics through semantic layers and publishing workflows.
• Design, build, validate, and audit core business metrics aligned with KPIs across reporting and AI.
• Use SQL and Python to investigate data, validate requirements, and support decisions.
• Build and scale dashboards (Tableau) for operational and executive audiences.
• Prioritize high-impact use cases and drive legacy platform decommissioning with risk/telemetry.
