Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an enterprise product or technology environment.
• 3+ years building dashboards and analytics using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis plans and data queries.
• Experience handling large data sets and designing scalable, usable solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven storytelling for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, design, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage portfolio and delivery dashboards, ensuring meaningful insights for business objectives.
• Assemble and analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a strategic backlog and roadmap for data visualization with cross-functional partners.
• Translate business questions into actionable analysis plans and metrics.
• Onboard new data sources and ensure data governance for evolving needs.
• Design and optimize large data sets to improve dashboard performance and usability.
• Interpret trends and provide actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
• Communicate insights and priorities with peers, managers, and stakeholders.
• Create automation and self-serve reporting to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Serve as an internal consultant by partnering with stakeholders to co-design data-driven solutions.
