Job summary

TikTok in San Jose is seeking a Campus Product Internship to support end-to-end product design and launch. You will work closely with product, design, and development teams to assist in research, decision making, and real-world project experience.

You will analyze copyright-related requirements, collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality launches, and contribute to strategy through user research and data analysis. This internship offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Able to commit to work on-site 5 days per week and at least 3 months in duration.
• Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of driving projects forward and solving problems promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to think logically and independently and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the product manager in conducting product requirement research and analysis related to copyright management tools and copyright protection strategies, creating comprehensive product requirement documents.
• Actively collaborate with the copyright operations team, design team, and development team to ensure high‑quality launches throughout the end‑to‑end product design and development process.
• Support product decisions and strategy formulation through user research and data analysis.
