Job summary

TikTok is offering a Product Manager Intern position in the Ads Interface and Platform team for Summer 2027 in San Jose. You will gain hands-on experience in advertising product design, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a global company.

Interns will participate in training, social events, and development workshops while building a foundation for future opportunities in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills.
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; willing to commit to a 12-week full-time Summer 2027 period.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project lead in designing and optimizing advertising products, including new product design and experience optimization; analyze data to improve advertiser experience.
• Develop understanding of advertiser optimization habits and delivery mechanisms; examine factors affecting campaign performance and budget efficiency through data analysis and user research.
• Help manage the product lifecycle with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from design, development, GTM to requirements gathering.
