Job summary

Trident Systems is seeking a Product Manager to own the product development lifecycle across ICS portfolios, aligning engineering execution with strategic roadmaps. You will drive integration between hardware, software, and systems teams, translating leadership guidance into concrete tasks and ensuring timely delivery in a DoD-focused environment.

The role requires strong communication, lab-based experience, and the ability to prioritize across multiple product lines, including PM&L and MDC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of related experience OR 4+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience in product management, systems engineering, product development, or technical integration roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle for one or more ICS product lines.
• Translate high-level product and engineering guidance into actionable technical direction.
• Monitor day-to-day lab activities to ensure alignment across hardware, software, and integration efforts.
• Maintain awareness of ongoing development work and proactively identify gaps, conflicts, and integration risks.
• Develop and communicate initial design concepts including cable assemblies, pinouts, enclosure layouts, and system interconnects using standard tools.
