Job summary

You will guide launches, gather feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and external stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a related domain.
• Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Experience with onboarding clients to JP Morgan platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS enterprise solutions and related APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and roadmap.
• Drive development and delivery of integrated banking solutions within enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to define and maintain the product roadmap for integrations.
• Document requirements and provide clear direction to development partners.
• Conduct user research to surface client needs and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
• Partner with controls, sourcing, compliance, legal, risk and oversight requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional delivery partners.
• Owns and maintains the product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability).
• Contribute to strategic roadmap and commercialization strategy for embedded finance capabilities.
