Job summary

American Integrity Insurance Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of products, manuals, and forms across states. You will ensure competitiveness, profitability and regulatory compliance while collaborating with underwriting, pricing, marketing, and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in P&C insurance with 3–5 years in product management and strong skills in Excel, SQL, Cognos, and data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance with 3-5 years as a Product Manager with P&L responsibility.
Excellent computer skills with queries, spreadsheets, and data warehouse knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Department of Insurance (DOI) filings for rates, rules, and forms, ensuring compliance and competitiveness across states.
Lead development and implementation of new products, programs, and revisions to existing programs (manuals, forms, rates, rules).
Manage implementation of vendor products for new projects and programs.
Improve or create new tools to support product development and analysis.
Support the career development of product analysts.
Analyze portfolio profitability, new business, products, and competitive position.
