Security First in Florida is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and performance of our insurance products. You will research market opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support innovative product enhancements across cross-functional teams to influence strategy and growth.

This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, and requires strong analytical thinking and market insight to deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
• Develop expertise in company products and knowledge of the Florida insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends, competitors, and product performance to inform strategy.
• Assist with design, implementation, and enhancement of insurance products and features.
• Conduct filing and regulatory research to support product changes and initiatives.
• Develop expertise in company products and Florida market.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Manage assigned projects and report progress to stakeholders.
• Build partnerships across departments to support collaboration and objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives for growth and innovation.
• Identify, monitor, and help manage business risks while ensuring compliance.
