Security First in Florida is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and performance of our insurance products. You will research market opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support innovative product enhancements across cross-functional teams to influence strategy and growth.

This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, and requires strong analytical thinking and market insight to deliver competitive insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
• Develop expertise in company products and knowledge of the Florida insurance market.

Product Manager

In this role, you'll play a key part in researching market opportunities, evaluating product performance, and supporting the implementation of innovative product enhancements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives that directly impact our customers, business growth, and competitive position in the marketplace.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements
