Job summary

Security First Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to drive development, enhancement, and performance of our insurance products in Florida. You will research market opportunities, evaluate product performance, and support innovative enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role involves analyzing trends, regulatory filings, and process improvements, with emphasis on Florida market knowledge and risk management.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working in the insurance industry
• OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, implementation, and enhancement of insurance products and product features.
• Conduct filing and regulatory research to support product changes and business initiatives.
• Develop expertise in company products and maintain knowledge of the Florida insurance market.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Manage assigned projects and communicate progress, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships across departments to support collaboration and achieve project objectives.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to business growth and innovation.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and help manage business risks while ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
