• Tell a clear story about what you've shipped to internal and external audiences, leading with customer problems and outcomes.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across a long list of bets, balancing customer impact and business value.
• Define and track metrics to understand whether what was shipped works and adjust as needed.
• Align engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support around a shared roadmap.
