Job summary

Oklahoma Department Of Human Services in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Product Manager III to define product vision and strategy, align with organizational goals, customer needs, and technology strategy while leading cross‑functional delivery teams.

You will maintain the product roadmap, set priorities, identify staffing needs, lead product discovery, build relations with division partners, manage risks, and oversee architecture alignment to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in MIS, Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, business priorities, and technology strategy.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, establishing clear priorities, sequencing initiatives, and communicating the product direction to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Identify staffing needs and manage employees within the team.
• Lead product discovery and complete business requirements documentation by working with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners.
• Build and foster relations with division partners.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues affecting projects within the division to ensure successful delivery and minimize operational impacts.
• Manage the architecture, architecture alignment, and non-project enhancements.

Annual Salary$95,000.00 + Full State Employee Benefits

COMPLEXITY OF SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge; project management and interpersonal skills
• Skill in directing and coordinating the work of others; and in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with state employees and officials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
