Google LLC is seeking a Product Manager II for YouTube Creator Monetization to lead high-priority monetization initiatives, define eligibility criteria, and shape creator experiences across the YouTube Partner Program. This role drives core monetization strategy and evaluates how YPP can better support external earnings such as brand sponsorships, shopping, and fan funding.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
2 years of experience managing the product lifecycle, defining product strategy, or scaling technical products and programs.

Responsabilidades

Own the evolution of YPP program structures and rules to support creators across monetization features and career journeys.
Evaluate and drive new monetization features, including brand deals, shopping, fan funding, and more.
Translate ambiguous, high-impact strategic decisions into clear product implementation that enhances creator earnings on the platform.
Partner with cross-functional leads (engineering, UX/UI, go-to-market, legal, finance) to build creator experiences and modernize programs with data-driven decisions.
