Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for YouTube Top Creators' Earnings to own the payments strategy for high‑complexity initiatives affecting revenue sharing with creators and agencies.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, and finance to translate ideas into executable roadmaps, guiding products from conception to launch and defining the AI-enabled enhancements for the earnings system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 3 years of experience building and scaling products across payments, fintech, or adtech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Top Creators' payments, including high complexity projects with bespoke terms and new technologies.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all Top Creator payment initiatives, including tentpole events and brand deals.
• Drive the product vision for the agency ecosystem including talent agencies and multi-channel networks.
• Write detailed strategic documents for revenue sharing, manage launch reviews and coordinate with GTM teams on creator communications.
• Design AI solutions to enhance earning system to a proactive financial intelligence platform.
