Job summary

Google in San Bruno, CA seeks a Senior Product Manager for YouTube Top Creators' Earning and Growth to define and execute the product strategy for high-complexity creator payment projects. You will collaborate across teams to move concepts from ideation to launch and shape how creators earn on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• 3 years of experience building and scaling products across payments, fintech, or adtech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Top Creators' payments, including high complexity projects with bespoke terms and new technologies.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all Top Creator payment initiatives, including tentpole events and brand deals.
• Drive the product vision for the agency ecosystem including talent agencies and multi-channel networks.
• Write detailed strategic documents for revenue sharing, manage launch reviews and coordinate with GTM teams on creator communications.
• Design AI solutions to enhance earning system to a proactive financial intelligence platform.
