Job summary

EnergyHub is seeking a curious and experienced product manager to lead the VPP dispatch controls on our core platform. You will work with senior PMs, engineers, data scientists, sales, and client success to translate insights into tangible roadmap items and measurable outcomes.

You’ll balance strategic prioritization with rapid delivery, collaborate across teams, and help shape how utilities and customers use distributed energy resources to create a cleaner energy future.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software product management experience with demonstrable business impact.
• Experience with electric utilities or IoT, grid management familiarity.
• Ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex technical projects from ambiguity to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and extend EnergyHub’s core platform for managing distributed energy resources.
• Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and cross-functional input.
• Define, prioritize, build, document and iterate on new product features via hypotheses.
• Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests.
• Partner with other product teams to deliver on strategic priorities.
• Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements for faster learning.
