Job summary

EnergyHub is seeking a product manager to lead and extend our core platform for distributed energy resources. You will translate customer needs into measurable product outcomes, collaborate with analytics, market researchers, and cross-functional partners to validate hypotheses, and drive features from idea to delivery.

You will work with utilities and IoT domains, balance long-term bets with quick wins, and influence teams to ships impactful solutions that advance sustainability and grid

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of software product management experience, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions and a track record of delivering demonstrable business impact.
  • Experience working with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools and frameworks, or comparable expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, and a proactive communication style.
  • Ability to think strategically and make tough prioritization decisions.
  • Analytical abilities to frame the impact of your work.
  • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and extend Energy Hub's core platform for managing distributed energy resources.

  • Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven't considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission.

Base Salary Range

Base Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 USD
