ASTM International is seeking a Product Manager II to lead product strategy, planning, and lifecycle management for ASTM offerings. You will listen to constituents, gather requirements, and define the product vision, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure value and revenue goals are met.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, manage backlogs, drive market analysis, and guide pricing strategies while contributing to long-term product goals and minimizing technical debt.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role.
• 3+ years of experience in publishing or software development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap; convey the vision to teams.
• Lead cross-functional product delivery with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Conduct high-level market research and customer interviews to identify needs.
• Evaluate partnerships and licensing opportunities with external publishers.
• Run prototypes, pilot programs, and manage backlogs across product lines.
• Balance short-term results with long-term product resiliency and debt reduction.
