Job summary

ASTM International is seeking an experienced Product Manager to identify, prioritize, and create tools, applications, services, and software that support our global standards community. You will shape product strategy, liaise with publishing, journals and SaaS platforms, and drive agile development across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business sense and market awareness.
• Experience defining and launching successful products.
• Experience in publishing or software development or standards management.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap; ensure alignment with customer value and business outcomes.
• Lead research, interviews, and design thinking to shape product requirements.
• Collaborate with Digital Services and external vendors using SAFE agile.
• Prepare market and financial analyses including pricing recommendations.
• Develop product documentation, plans, and user support materials.
• Drive pricing strategies with sales and partnerships.
• Attend industry events and manage product life cycle from concept to launch.
