Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Manager II for its Retail Lending team, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. You will design and execute multichannel rewards strategies to deliver simple, relevant offers and drive engagement across the rewards journey.

You will analyze data, lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and digital channels, and monitor performance to optimize outcomes while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute multichannel engagement strategies for rewards.
• Use data segmentation to deliver relevant rewards and offers.
• Optimize strategies using key metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver digital experiences.
