The position involves coordinating messaging, strategies, and early engagement processes while collaborating with multiple partners to drive customer behaviors and ensure consistency across assets and channels.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and lead initiatives related to the selection, design, development and promotion of new or existing products.
• Participates in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes; develop business case and rollout for less complex products.
• Analyze product, technology, and market trends to design innovative features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and client-facing activities across the product lifecycle.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary as part of the first line of defense.
• Monitor and analyze business results and coordinate reporting; recommend modifications to improve results.
