Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II for Store Commerce to define and execute the product strategy across POS, mPOS, and tailoring apps.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that boost associate productivity and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include owning product domains, prioritizing the backlog, and delivering measurable business value across Elevate Stores and related store capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or retail tech.
• Experience managing software products through full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience with retail POS or store tech platforms.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail processes and store operations.
• Experience with payments, promotions, loyalty, inventory, or order management systems.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and success metrics.
• Own the product roadmap for Elevate Stores and store commerce capabilities, prioritizing based on customer value and business impact.
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities.
• Define and maintain backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Architecture through the lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth releases.
• Coordinate testing, change management, training, and business readiness.
