Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II - Controls to shape the roadmap for connected HVAC controls, embedded systems, cloud services, and digital offerings.

You will work with customers and cross-functional partners to translate needs into well-defined requirements and prioritized work streams. The role covers device onboarding, telemetry, analytics, and platform considerations across hardware and software disciplines.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field; engineering degree preferred.
Experience in product management or related roles in HVAC, IoT, or cloud platforms.
Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and refine product roadmaps with leadership and controls engineering.
Gather market input and translate into requirements, stories, and priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, marketing, and sales.
Support commercialization activities including pricing, launch readiness, and enablement.
Track metrics like adoption, uptime, revenue contribution, and profitability.
