Job summary

Uber is seeking a Product Manager to build the next generation of Agentic AI for Customer Experience. You will create AI-powered experiences that understand customers, reason through complex situations, and act on their behalf at scale.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations to turn AI advances into customer-facing products, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Ambiguity to clear product plan with high-leverage opportunities.
• Interest in AI and agentic systems; collaborate with Eng/Data Science.
• Care about end-user experience with data-driven decisions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving cross-functional teams.
• Use data to evaluate product performance and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI products: Own and ship product capabilities that help Uber's AI understand customer needs, reason through complex situations, make decisions, and take actions.
• Turn AI advances into customer experiences: Identify opportunities to translate advances into intuitive, differentiated experiences for Uber customers.
• Own a product area end-to-end: Contribute to strategy/roadmap, define requirements/success metrics, make tradeoffs, collaborate across teams.
• Drive AI quality: Partner with Engineering/Data Science to improve agent behavior via evals, experiments, simulations, observability, debugging, and feedback.
• Champion the customer: Use insights, research, and data to ensure high-quality UX.
• Work across the stack: Develop technical depth from models to tools and platform infra connected to user experiences.
• Use data to learn and iterate: Define metrics, analyze performance, and use feedback to improve products.
• Drive cross-functional execution: Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, User Research and Operations.
• Operate with speed and curiosity: Experiment with AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
