It powers increasingly intelligent and personalized user experiences in areas such as product discovery & recommendations, customer support, document processing, merchant assistance, and internal developer productivity tools like coding copilots and on-call assistants.

The Applied AI team at Uber is a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, Backend Engineers, Mobile Engineers and AI Product Managers responsible for developing compelling AI-driven user-facing experiences, and leading innovation in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Personalization & Recommendations, and Generative AI Applications - at global scale. We need a vision-driven PM to turn Gen AI breakthroughs into daily delight.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience delivering highly successful ML products. Experience launching Gen AI applications or agentic systems, from initial conception to launch, is highly preferred.
• MS in CS/Eng (or equivalent); can spar technically without blinking.
• Data-driven driver - clarity, collaboration, and ruthless prioritization.
• Elite written & verbal comms; mission-aligned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Former ML engineer or data scientist

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $216,000 per year - USD $240,000 per year.

For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $216,000 per year - USD $240,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
