Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II to help shape the roadmap for Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.

You will work with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver features that boost employee productivity. You will develop presentations, drive user adoption, create training materials and enablement content, and monitor outcomes to refine product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and define strategy for Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities.
• Drive user adoption, create communications and job aids, and support training.
• Analyze feedback and data to drive product improvements and do risk-aware decisions.
