Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Product Manager II to own ACE feature areas from discovery through release, collaborating with engineering, design, architecture, QA, and customer stakeholders in regulated industries.

You’ll translate customer needs into roadmaps and requirements, build business cases, and drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance. Remote role with Pacific time availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience with enterprise B2B software.
• Experience with web‑based products built for a specific vertical market.
• Experience working closely with engineering and QA to deliver features in an Agile environment.
• Experience turning customer and market research into short‑ and long‑term roadmaps.
• Comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models with engineers.
• Able to work the schedule described above.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for one or more ACE feature areas and help shape the overall product vision with leadership.
• Talk with customers regularly, including quality, regulatory, and IT stakeholders.
• Build the business case for roadmap items and define how success will be measured.
• Write clear, specific requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prototype and validate ideas early with UX and customers.
• Work through trade-offs with engineering and architecture on scope, scalability, and security.
• Run backlog refinement and sprint planning with your delivery team.
• Track delivery against release commitments and manage risk.
• Stay current on FDA, EU, and ISO regulatory changes and life sciences trends.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Services on launches.
• Be the go‑to expert for internal teams and support customer conversations.
• After release, measure adoption and feedback to decide next steps.
• Share roadmap progress and trade-offs with leadership.
• Provide direction and feedback to engineers, designers, and QA.
