Box is hiring a Senior Manager for AI Partnerships to lead the development of a global partner ecosystem. You will identify AI-focused partners, recruit and onboard them, and drive integrations with Box to scale across categories.

You will work closely with senior partnerships leaders and cross-functional teams to create value, launch collaborations, and build scalable programs that empower Box customers to unlock intelligence in content workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, product management, or a related externally-facing role.

• Identify and build a pipeline of technology partners across AI landscape.
• Own end-to-end engagement with partners from recruitment to launch.
• Articulate Box's value proposition and mutual integration opportunities to partners.
• Explain Box APIs and ecosystem capabilities to prospective partners.
• Manage high-volume partner conversations and advance prospects to live integrations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align value with Box platform and ecosystem strategy.
• Track outreach activity, pipeline, and key metrics for visibility.
